2024–current

I manage planning consultation for the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation. I work with municipalities, developers, and the Crown to ensure Aboriginal and Treaty Rights, advocate for sustainable development, and protect the lands, waterways, and all relations on Turtle Island.
Research Assistant, Hip-Hop and the City

Supporting Kofi Hope and Shad Kabango on their course, I conducted an extensive literature and media review of all things hip-hop, urbanism, and their intersection. The course used hip-hop music and culture as a lens to explore historical urban issues. It also examined how these issues shape cultural expression and how culture, in turn, shapes cities.

Supporting Kofi Hope and Shad Kabango on their course, I conducted an extensive literature and media review of all things hip-hop, urbanism, and their intersection. I coordinated and facilitated engagement sessions with Toronto artists and creatives. Their feedback, insights, and ideas were essential for creating our detailed what-we-heard reports, which informed and shaped the City of Toronto's 'Culture Connects: An Action Plan for Culture', outlining a 10-year vision to strengthen and transform the city’s cultural landscape.

I led a GIS project, mapping Major Transit Station Areas, the Metrolinx network, and key metrics to measure equity in transportation access. I researched potential disruptors to transportation networks for the upcoming Regional Plan, identifying trends, technologies, and innovative solutions to transit problems.
